Delivery

We ship your product(s) within 2-5 business days.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.


Refund conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, please contact us at info@phajoux.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
